Automated calling is regulated, and rightly so. Compliance is a product surface in Outpitch, not a policy PDF.
What the product enforces
- Calling windows per jurisdiction and time zone — campaigns physically cannot dial outside them.
- Do-not-call lists — your suppression lists apply across every campaign, and any prospect who asks not to be called again is suppressed automatically from the transcript.
- AI disclosure — where a region requires the agent to disclose it’s automated, that behaviour is locked on and the agent answers honestly whenever asked.
- Recording consent — consent handling follows the rules of the dialled region, and every call’s applied rule set is visible in its log.
Your responsibilities
You must have a lawful basis to call the contacts you import. Outpitch gives you the tooling; the lists are yours.
