The short version: we collect what the product needs, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, company), the contact lists you import, call audio and transcripts generated by your campaigns, and standard product analytics.

How it’s used

To run your calls, show you your own data, and improve your own agents. Your data is not sold, and is not used to train models for other customers without explicit opt-in.

Demo calls

If you request a demo call, we store the number you gave us and the call’s transcript so we can follow up if you asked us to. We don’t add demo numbers to any marketing list.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion — email privacy@outpitch.co and we’ll action it within 30 days, usually much faster.
