Calls are sensitive data. We treat them that way.

Data in transit and at rest

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Call recordings, transcripts and contact data are encrypted at rest.

Access

Access to production systems is limited to named engineers, gated by SSO and hardware keys, and logged. Customer data is never used to train models shared across accounts without explicit opt-in.

Data residency & retention

UK/EU hosting by default. You control retention per workspace — recordings and transcripts can be set to auto-delete on a schedule, and full export or deletion is available any time.
