Terms of service.

Plain-English summary first; the operative bits below.

In short: use your own lawful contact lists, don’t use the agents to deceive or harass people, pay for the minutes you use, and we’ll provide the service with reasonable care. Either side can walk away at the end of a billing period.

The service

Outpitch provides AI-assisted outbound calling. During private beta, features may change and availability is not guaranteed at production SLAs.

Acceptable use

You may not use Outpitch to break calling regulations, to impersonate real people without consent (voice clones require the speaker’s permission), to harass, or to deceive prospects about material facts. We can suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Plans bill monthly. Connected minutes beyond your plan bill at the stated overage rate. You can set a hard spend cap. Unused included minutes roll over one month.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are with Web Hero Limited (trading as Outpitch), registered in England & Wales, and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
